How to Order

Review Your Sample Before Production

Confirm the fabric, colours, fit and finishing against your requirements. The approved sample and specifications guide the next stage of your order.

STEP 01
Send Inquiry
Share your preferred styles, estimated quantities, destination and target delivery date.
STEP 02
Confirm Requirements
Review fabrics, colours, sizing, branding and project requirements for an initial quotation, subject to sample and specification confirmation.
STEP 03
Sample Development
Develop a sample around your brief, with sample costs and timing agreed in advance.
STEP 04
Sample Approval
Review the fit, materials and finishing, and approve the sample and specifications. Confirm the final quotation and commercial terms separately; quotation confirmation alone does not constitute order acceptance.
STEP 05
Bulk Production
Arrange bulk production only after the formal order and order conditions are confirmed, using the agreed styles, quantities, size breakdown and production plan.
STEP 06
Quality Inspection
Check measurements, workmanship and quantities against the approved specifications and agreed inspection requirements.
STEP 07
Packing & Shipping
Pack and label the garments as agreed, then arrange shipment according to the confirmed delivery terms.
