Ordering FAQ.

The minimum order is 100 pieces per style, across 3–4 sizes. Share the garments, fabric and customisation you need so we can confirm the order scope and quantities in your quotation.

Yes. Paid samples are available and typically take 7 working days. Sample fees are confirmed based on your requirements before sampling. Review and approve the sample before bulk production.

Yes. We can work from your existing design or help develop a collection from your brief. Share your references and requirements to discuss the options.

Yes. Embroidery, printing and woven badges are available. Send your artwork, preferred dimensions and placement. Colours and final decoration details are confirmed during sampling.

Yes. Share your preferred composition, fabric weight and colour references. Available materials and colour matching are confirmed during sampling.

Share your size chart, measurements and order breakdown. Fit, size range and measurement tolerances are agreed through sample approval.

Standard production lead time is 20–25 days after receipt of the deposit. Shipping time is separate. Sample approval, material availability, customisation and your target delivery date are reviewed for your project; confirm the agreed production schedule in your quotation before ordering.

We can assist with courier, air freight and sea freight with final-mile delivery. Standard packaging is an OPP bag, with custom packaging available on request. Shipping costs, transit times and delivery terms are confirmed for each order based on the destination and requirements.
