Shenzhen Wenqi Apparel Co., Ltd. (SchoolwearCraft) uses this website to receive and handle school uniform enquiries. For questions about your enquiry information, contact info@schoolwearcraft.com.

Information we collect

Our enquiry forms request your name, email address, order quantity and message or project requirements. You may optionally attach up to three reference files in JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF format, up to 8 MB each. We receive the files you upload, including their contents, filenames, file types and sizes. If you enquire about a particular product, the enquiry may also include that product’s name and identifier.

You may choose to include additional business or contact details in your message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use the information and reference files to review your requirements, prepare or discuss quotations, respond to questions and contact you about your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Enquiry records and uploaded reference files are saved privately in our website database. Access through the website administration area is restricted to authorised administrators. Reference files are not added to the public media library; downloading them through the website requires administrator access. We also record notification status, delivery attempts and general error information to help our team identify and retry failed notifications.

Email notifications and service providers

After an enquiry is saved, the website attempts to send an internal notification to our designated business mailbox. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so our team can respond; it is not used as the sender address. An automatic receipt confirmation may also be sent to the email address you provide. This confirms receipt only and is not a quotation or order confirmation.

We use website hosting, outgoing email delivery and mailbox services to operate the website and handle enquiries. These service providers may process enquiry information for those purposes. Notifications and replies may create copies of enquiry information outside the website database. A failed email notification does not remove the saved enquiry; an authorised administrator may retry the internal notification.

Spam prevention

The forms use a hidden spam-trap field, request validation and submission limits. The enquiry feature derives a keyed hash from the submitting IP address for a temporary rate-limit record. It does not add the raw IP address to the enquiry record. Hosting and server logs may separately record technical request information.

Retention and data requests

Enquiry records, reference files and email copies are used for enquiry handling and related business follow-up. A fixed retention period has not been established. To ask about information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or ask for its removal, email info@schoolwearcraft.com. Include your enquiry reference if available. We will review the request and any identity verification needed, taking account of relevant records and service-provider arrangements.
